Er hat jetzt immerhin gemerkt, daß das Anbieten einer Rückerstattung nicht zielführend ist, weil er bereits seit einiger Zeit rückerstattet hat. 

Ich bin glücklich zu hören, daß er (mit er ist, da er nie einen Namen nennt, eine genderneutrale Interpretation gemeint) jetzt nicht mehr von Jobverlsut sondern nur noch von Gehaltsreduktion bedroht ist.
